Qualifications are as follows:

1. Male or Female
2. College Graduate
3. With at least a 5-year experience in a non-life insurance company (either in Sales or in Underwriting)
4. Has dealings with non-life insurance intermediaries (agents or agencies)
5. Knowledgeable in the various non-life insurance lines, specifically fire, motor car, personal accident and bonds
6. Pleasing personality
7. Works well under pressure
8. Open minded in accepting challenges in the work environment
