What to do List
1. In case of a loss, it should be reported immediatelyto Fortune General Claims Department at (02) 706-3959 local 431, 432, and 434or to the concerned intermediary.
For damaged contents:
Ø Segregate damaged items from the unaffected ones toprevent further deterioration.
Ø Take pictures of the affected items
Ø Prepare an inventory if feasible
Ø Make these available for inspection
2. An adjuster will be sent to the site. Assured should prepare the followingdocuments for submission to the attending adjuster:
A. Building
Ø Proof of Ownership, i.e., Declaration of RealProperty, Transfer of Certificate of Title Tax Declaration
Ø Building Plan/Sketch
Ø Repair/Reconstruction estimate
B. Contents
Inaddition to the Proof of Ownership:
Ø Inventory of affected and unaffected items showing theacquisition date and cost
Ø Sales/purchase invoices, official receipts
Ø Repair estimate, if repairable
3. If your car isflooded:
Ø Disconnect the battery
Ø Do not start the engine
